Help with Quadro: what it is, how to report an error in the data and how to reach a person.
What Quadro is
Quadro is an independent app and website that organise the padel information the Federação Portuguesa de Padel publishes — rankings, calendar, pairs, draws and results — so it can be searched and compared. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the federation and it is not an official service.
Report a data error
Write to privacidade@quadropadel.pt with the address of the page and what looks wrong. Screenshots help. Every message reaches the maintainer of the project directly.
Ask for a profile correction
To correct or remove information on a player page, write to privacidade@quadropadel.pt from an address you can be reached at and name the player and the licence number. Values that come from the federation's publications also have to be fixed at source with the FPP, otherwise the next refresh brings them back.
Response time
Quadro is maintained by one person, as a best effort. Expect an answer within a few days; requests about personal data are handled first.
Frequently asked questions
Why is my ranking different from the FPP site?
Quadro shows a snapshot of the tables the federation publishes, refreshed daily. If the federation republished a table after the last refresh, or your points changed today, the official site is ahead. Every page states the date of the snapshot it is showing.
Why are there no draws for my tournament?
Draws, pairs and order of play only exist in Quadro where the federation publishes them. Many tournaments publish a pair list but never a full draw, and some publish nothing before they start. Quadro does not invent the missing parts.
How do I get notifications?
In the iOS app, follow a tournament with a published registration deadline and allow notifications to receive local reminders. Unfollowing cancels those reminders. This release does not send remote ranking or result alerts; the website sends no notifications.
How do I delete data saved on my device?
This release has no accounts. Unfollow players and tournaments to remove favourites; unfollowing a tournament also cancels its reminders. To request removal of public player information or data from an earlier test version, use the privacy contact listed on this page.
