Privacy policy
Quadro republishes information the Portuguese Padel Federation makes public and asks for as little personal data as possible. This page explains what is shown, what is stored and how to ask for a correction or a removal.

An independent project
Quadro is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the Federação Portuguesa de Padel (FPP) or TiePlayer/TieSports. It republishes information those organisations already publish openly: rankings, the calendar, tournament pairs, draws and results.
Public player information
Player pages show data taken from those public federation publications: name, licence number, club, ranking position, points and published match results. Quadro does not create this information, adds no private data to it and builds no profile beyond what the federation publishes.
Corrections and removal
If something published about you is wrong or out of date, or you want it removed from Quadro, write to privacidade@quadropadel.pt. Say which player page it concerns; the correction at source still has to be made with the federation, because Quadro re-reads its publications.
No account in this release
This release of Quadro does not offer account creation or sign-in and does not ask for your email address. Favourites are not synced to an account. The app contains no advertising or third-party analytics tools.
Kept on your device
The players and tournaments you follow and your language preference stay on this device. This release does not send your favourites list to the server.
Notifications
With your permission, the iPhone schedules local reminders before registration closes for tournaments you follow, when a deadline is published. This release does not register push tokens or send favourites to a notification service. Unfollowing a tournament cancels its reminders; you can disable notifications in iPhone Settings.
Hosting and processors
Vercel hosts the website and API. The app requests rankings and player and tournament details over HTTPS; public images may load from FPP or TieSports servers. These services process IP addresses and technical request data to deliver and protect the service. Your favourites list is not included in those requests. Links to external services are subject to their own policies.
Cookies
The website stores your language preference in a cookie. Sign-in is disabled in this release; no new account sessions are created. Quadro does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, its correction, its deletion and object to its processing. Write to privacidade@quadropadel.pt and you will get an answer. You also have the right to complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), the Portuguese supervisory authority.
